Every Tabsamo venture inherits a spine: the identity layer, the payment rails, the design system, and the engineering standard. What it does not inherit is a personality. eHR is civic and careful; Bila is precise and infrastructural; Baacil is patient and academic. The spine is what makes a family of ventures one institution; the personality is what keeps each one honest to its own market.
Identity is one account across the group, so a person is not re-registered by every product. Payments are a single, hardened way to move money, built once and reused rather than re-integrated per venture. Design is a shared system — type, colour, components — so the products feel related without being identical. Engineering is a common bar for how code is written, reviewed, and operated.
The rule is that these four are not reinvented. A venture team does not get to redesign identity or re-pick a payments stack on a whim; those decisions are made once, at the group level, and inherited. That constraint is liberating: it removes the most expensive, least differentiating work from every new venture and lets each team spend its effort on the part that is actually its own.
Everything above the spine is fair game. Each venture chooses its own product surface, its own tone, its own pace. A research institute and a payments API should not feel the same, and they do not. The spine guarantees coherence underneath; the freedom above it guarantees that no venture is forced to be a clone of its siblings.
